We use your information to respond to your request and provide 321 Pro Wash services. We do not sell your inquiry or share it with other businesses for their marketing or lead generation. Text-message consent is optional.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to 321 Pro Wash, operated by Bobby Walker in Brevard County, Florida, and inquiries through 321prowash.com, our business email, calls, and text messages.
Information you provide
When you ask about a job, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, service address, requested services, job descriptions, photos you choose to provide, and your communications with us. We also keep relevant contact preferences and records of permission to send texts or requests to stop them.
Our hosting and communications services may receive ordinary technical information, such as connection details, request times, and delivery or error records, to operate and protect the service. Please do not include payment-card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information in a quote form or message.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, collect the details needed for an estimate, and communicate about requested work.
- Send scheduling and service updates through a contact method you have permitted.
- When permitted, ask for an honest review after completed work. We do not require a positive review.
- Maintain service records, handle contact preferences, troubleshoot delivery, and prevent abuse.
We do not use an estimate request as permission for unrelated promotional text campaigns. A final price or appointment must be confirmed by Bobby; automated intake does not book work.
Service providers and no lead resale
We use providers to operate this website, receive form submissions, deliver communications, and, where enabled, support automated inquiry handling. They process only the information needed to perform those functions for us. The estimate form currently uses FormSubmit to deliver requests to our business contact inbox.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, release inquiries to independent businesses as paid leads, or share information with affiliates or other businesses for their promotional, marketing, or lead-generation purposes.
Mobile numbers, messaging preferences, and SMS opt-in records are not sold or shared for another party's marketing or promotions. Providers that help us deliver this SMS program may process those records only to operate the program for us. Consent to our messages is not permission for another business to text you.
Optional SMS consent
The SMS checkbox on our estimate form is separate and unchecked by default. You can request an estimate or purchase a service without agreeing to texts. An unchecked box is not permission for automated text follow-ups. Providing a phone number or calling us alone does not enroll you in our SMS program.
You can withdraw SMS permission by replying STOP to a message from us. For assistance, reply HELP or email bobbygwalker3@gmail.com. See the SMS Terms and Conditions for program details.
Automated assistance
When an AI assistant is offered, it identifies itself as Bobby's AI assistant. Relevant information you enter may be processed by the service supporting that assistant so it can answer questions and prepare an owner handoff. Avoid sending sensitive information, and contact Bobby directly if you prefer human assistance. The assistant cannot approve a final price or promise an appointment.
Retention, security, and your choices
We keep information as needed to handle your inquiry, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, and honor contact preferences. We may retain a limited opt-out record so we do not contact you again by mistake. No website or delivery system can guarantee absolute security.
To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or change your contact preferences, email bobbygwalker3@gmail.com. We may need to verify that a request is yours and retain records needed for legal obligations or suppression of future messages.
Links and updates
Links to services such as Google Reviews are governed by those services' own policies. We will update this page if our practices change and show the revised effective date. Materially different uses or new messaging purposes require appropriate notice and permission.
